The external environment exists as a landscape, which reflects the internal environment of our desires. To view landscape is but to see us and to liberate those desires to their extreme is a natural course of the life process. No matter how much the landscape changes, there is no room for over-simplified social morality to co-exist. When the current environment of Japan is considered, which is a highly capitalistic society within a highly the restructuring of a system for man's future survival is being tested.

My fieldwork is to regard the environment, in which man exists as a basic lifeform, as a fleeting passage of various energies and information, collect almost infinite micro fragments that concern human memory and sense of anticipation, and express all this as a single entity of congregation. In order to achieve this, one must adopt a transparent view that accompanies a freshness of relief which borders on desperation. This is extremely difficult to achieve, but this sense of feeling can only be obtained in today's Japan. Therefore, It is a very rare opportunity for us to create an artistic experience that will become the common property of all mankind.
